If your order is placed prior to 12 pm, we will ship the item(s) on the following business day. However, if the product you’ve ordered is currently out of stock, additional time will be required for us to make the necessary arrangements.

Before your charging station is shipped, it undergoes a thorough quality assessment to minimize the possibility of any damage or defects. While the likelihood of receiving a faulty product is low, should you happen to encounter one, kindly report the issue within 5 days of discovery. We will furnish you with guidelines based on your product’s warranty plan to ascertain its eligibility for warranty coverage. Once verified, we may dispatch a replacement, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
We have a dedicated team of licensed electricians at your service for EV charger installation. We guarantee the quality and integrity of our product. In the event that the charger is determined to have a quality issue, we may arrange for a replacement. However, if damage occurs due to misuse or if the installation was not carried out by our team, an exchange will not be possible. Please ensure proper care and usage of the EV charger to prevent any damage caused by misuse.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund was approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method if it is approved. Please be aware that it could take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
